Helena Verellen is a global marketing and media relations executive with expertise in promoting marquee artists and generating revenue through traditional, digital, licensing, and third-party partnerships. As the VP of International Marketing for Sony Music Entertainment, Helena oversaw worldwide marketing programs and lead a multi-million dollar budget to promote artists around the world. She is responsible for devising and implementing global and country-specific campaigns for each artist, as well as creating, distributing and facilitating strategies, detailed plans, marketing content and digital tools across 60 affiliate offices in Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia and South America. Since joining Sony in 2000, she has generated sales of over 40,000,000 albums totaling $275,000,000 in revenue for artists including Shakira, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Tony Bennett, Celine Dion, Ricky Martin, Jackie Evancho, Maxwell and Lenka.
