CMO COUNCIL ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.cmocouncil.org website (the "service") along with microsites as noted below.
This page informs the user (“you”, “your”, “members”, “subscribers” or “non-members”) of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve your engagements with us and to notify you of new opportunities to engage with us, connect with others in our network and access content. CMO Council members, upon application of membership, agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Subscribers agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy upon registering for or purchasing subscription or content services. Non-members agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy upon use of the service including, but not limited to, downloading content and registering for events both live and virtual.

We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). We collect Personal Data on cmocouncil.org when you register to request Content from our Content Providers and Sponsor Partners, hereafter called Partners. By virtue of our relationship, our Partners may obtain Personal Data that Users voluntarily submit at the time of a third-party Content request.
When you register or submit a filled form to access a Partner’s Content, the use of your Personal Data is governed by their Privacy Policy and may be used by the Partner for follow up by telephone, email, direct mail or other common communication methods. We often offer products or services in conjunction with Sponsored Partners.
