Sanjay has been a go-getter marketing professional having experience with leading consumer & technology brands like Avaya, Ericsson, Philips, TataFone, Unisys, and now is with IMImobile, a Mobile VAS & Mobility Applications company. His forte has been High Touch Marketing built around Thought Leadership amongst the Customer CXO Suite & Industry Opinion Leaders. He is passionate for his customers and will stretch-out to support or reach-out for business and fun. His contributions include building & managing the “CEO Forum for Customer Responsiveness” a cross-industry platform for CEOs to collaborate in building industry benchmarks in customer servicing. The program was launched with Top Management Guru Tom Peters & the subsequent annual events featured other leading Gurus, likes of Jack Trout at the Annual Awards event. An alumnus of prestigious Indian School of Business (associated with Wharton School, Kellogg and London School of Management) and is the President of their New Delhi Chapter in India. He has been invited for sharing thoughts & experiences at various events including guest lecture opportunities at management institutions.
