Vitika S. Banerjee possesses over 24 years of work experience in large MNC’s like Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Philips, Avon Cosmetics and Dabur in the area of skincare, personal-care, nutrition and healthcare; service / retail marketing experience with launch of HUL's first foray into health & wellness through Ayush Therapy Centres, leading Segments vertical at Aircel Telecom and leading transformation at Vishal Mega Mart as CMO at TPG Wholesale India to turn around the company and deliver higher brand equity. Her diverse experience across sales, marketing and brand strategy has given her robust understanding of the Indian consumer across industry segments, demographics and geographies. Vitika has also successfully led innovation and business transformation projects with cross-functional international teams in South East Asia and Europe during stints at Unilever, Avon and Philips. She possesses wide experience in innovation management, communication strategy and business leadership for start up operations in consumer and service setups. She has successfully undertaken cross-functional and regional matrix relationship management to deliver projects for success. Bringing this expertise onboard, she leads her Brand Strategy Consulting firm Fourth Dimension Experience Inc. to support clients with their requirements of crafting compelling content driven brand & marketing strategy based on persuasive and compelling insights. As a consultant she has worked across large MNCs (Philips, Marico, Colgate Palmolive) and medium to small organizations (XSEED Education, Netimpact Solutions, Gloworld Energy) in CPG, Education, Retail Tech. and Clean Energy industry sectors. Currently she is appointed as Consulting CMO for a US based firm iE3 Innovations Pvt. Ltd., engaged in providing innovative AI based technology solutions to the retail sector. She is also the co-founder of Future Fit LLP, India’s largest private Gymnastics Academy for school going children. In both these ventures, she plays the lead role for business and brand building to drive scale and profitability. She currently holds an Advisory Board Members’ position at the CMO Council in India and has been a regular speaker and panelist at the DMAi and World Marketing Congress conferences. She was identified as “Most Influential Global Marketing Leader” by World Marketing Congress in Nov. 2019 and awarded the Women Entrepreneurs – Achiever Award by the Delhi Management Association also in 2019. She is a published author in business press and also served as guest faculty at IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) and IMI (Indian Management Institute) Delhi, taking full credits courses in Channel & Distribution Management and Retail Operations & Shopper Marketing respectively.
