Steve Cook is a trusted global strategic brand marketer, business developer, and innovator with 3X Fortune 50 senior leadership plus global entrepreneur experience. He is an intrapreneur and entrepreneur who knows how to bring new businesses to market. He most recently was the Chief Marketing Officer at ADoH SCIENTIFIC, LLC ADoW, LLC - early-stage telemedicine companies HQ’ed in Charleston. Steve harnesses his 25+ years of experience at P&G, Coca-Cola and Samsung, where he was SVP, CMO N.A., a $25 Billion Operating Unit with #1 share TVs and phones. He built and led Coca-Cola’s first Global Strategic Innovation Group. He has led iconic B2C and B2B brands and marquee retailer business development teams globally in highly competitive categories: Electronics, Tech, Media and Entertainment, Beverage, Food, Cosmetics, Personal Care and Healthcare, etc. Eleven years ago, Steve founded FortuneCMO, LLC to grow beyond his brand marketing, intrapreneur innovation, and biz dev Fortune 50 experience through deep immersion in the Atlanta, Silicon Valley and Israeli entrepreneur ecosystems to learn what it takes to be an impactful entrepreneur. He was the CMO and Head of Business Development for Champion Capital Group (Private Equity) and Startup Nation 2 Enterprise (Israeli Tech Transfer Accelerator) as well as multiple startups in the U.S. and Israel. He has also partnered with VCs, PEs and startup founders in CMO, biz dev, and product innovation roles to accelerate brand building, go-to-market commercialization, customer acquisition, and revenue growth at startup speed. He has also advised and been on Boards of for-profit SMB companies. Steve created the Silicon Valley Executive Network ‘Future of Marketing Series’ and was the Co-Producer. He is a keynote speaker and panelist at CMO events. He was a Board Advisor for the ARKE agency (MarTech), is an Advisory Board member for the SXSW Pitch global competition, a Board Member of the P&G Alumni Network. He has Board Director certification from the University of Georgia. As a marketing and digital transformation thought leader, Steven has been the Contributing Editor for CMO.com by Adobe the past 9 years publishing 250+ written and video interviews with CMOs, CEOs, CIOs,and C-suite innovation leaders. He has also been published in Forbes CMO and SecurityRoundtable.org (Palo Alto Networks) on cybersecurity. He is currently writing a book, ‘1nsights on 1mpactful 1nnovators’.
