Dr. Alok has transitioned from an International top management corporate leader to a certified leadership coach, business transformation facilitator, consultant & an author. His last leadership role was with a Japanese global giant Canon as senior Vice President, member of Asia management board & head of strategy in Singapore where he led several strategic transformation & leadership L&D initiatives across 23 countries. For last 3 years, he is donning a cap of leadership & business coach with several Companies, assisting their leaders & teams on a change journey.
