Dr Alok Bharadwaj is a well-known face in business and leadership domains in India, Singapore and Vietnam. In his illustrious leadership journey, he has transitioned from an International top management corporate leader to a leadership coach, business transformation facilitator, consultant & an author. His last leadership role was with a Japanese global giant Canon as senior Vice President, member of Asia management board & head of strategy in Singapore where he led several strategic transformation & leadership L&D initiatives across 23 countries. For last 3 years, he is donning a cap of leadership & business coach with several Companies, assisting their leaders & teams on a change journey. His biggest assignment in Vietnam was with T&T group which manages over 30 famous subsidiaries and brands. Over 2000 business leaders in Vietnam have joined his 50 workshops covering aspects of strategy, leadership, talent & customer experience. He has released two books in Vietnamese. His expertise as a practitioner-facilitator-coach is guiding entrepreneurs, start-up business leaders and CXOs in large companies in bringing visible changes. He is coaching a large Japanese Company in Singapore and several CXOs/CEOs in billion-dollar Companies in India. Alok has been empaneled by AON global HR Consulting Co & Kincentric, as a facilitator-Coach. Alok was conferred honorary doctorate in 2011. He was listed in top 100 global influencers by ventureoutsource.com in 2012. PR week Asia Hong Kong has featured him in Global Power Book 2016 edition. Asian Photography publication rated him as “The Most Influential Person in Photography. He has also been awarded as “The Best CMO in India” by US-CMO Council. Alok is a recognized speaker in several Asian platforms & a common face in industry forums, panels and Juries. He has also led IT industry body as President & Asia CMO body as Chairman. VTV4 Vietnam featured him in ‘Talk Vietnam’ show twice in last 3 years. Besides Canon, Alok has worked in several leadership positions in Motorola & Tata group and is an MBA alumnus of IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.
