Jacques is an Associate Director as well as a Digital Platforms Principal Director at Accenture Song Africa. He has worked in the field of Marketing for over 20 years in radio, television and digital media. He has worked in the digital data field and customer tech field for over a decade, spanning across agency and consulting. Prior to joining Accenture Song, Jacques worked at IBM leading their GenAI Marketing engagements across the region. He deeply understands leveraging data and insights across his engagements with IBM, VML, Gnostic, AB In-Bev, and more.

Jacques holds a BA, Communication Science degree and is certified in a variety of digital tools and marketing technologies. Jacques’ is a firm believer that marketing is about understanding people first, then platforms.
