Natalia Ball is Global Chief Growth Officer, Mars Pet Nutrition responsible for leading the growth agenda for an iconic portfolio of brands, including PEDIGREE®, IAMS®, CESAR®, WHISKAS®, SHEBA®, TEMPTATIONS®, NUTRO®, and GREENIES®. With more than 20 years of experience as a global business leader, Natalia drives marketing, sales, and innovation across beloved brands that serve more than 400 million pets and their pet parents around the world. In her role, Natalia builds leading mega brands through advanced capabilities in pet parent insights, portfolio strategy, superior proposition, breakthrough innovation, and retail excellence including digital commerce and digital data-driven marketing. She is focused on transforming the pet parent experience through purpose-driven marketing programs that meet the needs of pets and pet parents at every stage of the pet parent journey. Prior to this role, Natalia served as part of the Royal Canin Global Executive Committee as Global Chief Brand Officer & Pet Specialty Retailing Vice President, driving the company’s Health through Nutrition ambition. In her role, Natalia drove the growth and demand transformation agenda in charge of Global Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Brand and Portfolio Strategy. After joining Mars in 2015, Natalia held the role of Global Brand Director for CESAR® and led the Pet Care & Treats business, first in Europe and then globally. Natalia spent the first 15 years of her career at Procter & Gamble. Within the Feminine and Fabric care divisions, she held a variety of brand building and portfolio management roles for iconic brands, such as Always®, Tampax®, Ariel and Tide. Throughout her P&G career, she had the opportunity to develop, launch and globally expand a completely new brand, Naturella®, launching across 28 countries and leading the brand to $350M in the first 10 years. She both regionalized and globalized operations and also developed award-winning brand campaigns. Natalia is passionate about building iconic brands and developing the people she works with. She strives to create highly engaged and cross-functional teams, where everyone is empowered to bring their best selves to work every day. She is driven by the desire to build a legacy and to have a positive and lasting impact on the business, the people, and the brands she serves. Originally from Venezuela, Natalia defines herself as a global citizen. Having lived in four different countries and worked for many diverse regions and cultures, she has a keen understanding and appreciation for the power of diversity and multicultural environments in the workplace.
