Rhiannon Scarlett is an experienced omni-channel marketing leader responsible for strategic planning, revenue growth, CRM, loyalty and brand development across customer-centric businesses in the retail, brand (grocery & beauty), and hospitality sectors. Currently, CMO for TGI Fridays in the UK, Rhiannon spent over five years as UK Marketing Director at The Body Shop. The first 14 years of her career were spent at leading consumer insights company, Dunnhumby, working with brand clients and Tesco in the UK. In 2008 Rhiannon moved to the U.S. where she joined The Kroger Company to manage the Customer First Communications platform for the country’s second largest grocery retailer. She is a passionate team leader and has been involved in several organizational redesign, leadership development and enterprise change initiatives. As a strategic marketer, Rhiannon puts the customer, data, and insights at the heart of planning. Rhiannon draws on a strong operational background and proven track record of implementing end-to-end customer journey across retail, hospitality and online brand marketing and eCommerce.
