Senior Partner and Managing Director
Miki Tsusaka is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group. She is currently BCG's global leader for its Marketing and Sales Practice where best practices are cultivated across various go-to-market functions (e.g., marketing, sales, pricing and consumer insight). Her experience spans global consumer-based clients on issues of strategy and organization in various sectors including food and beverage, fashion/luxury, home and beauty/personal care and media. Her day to day client work, in addition to her practice responsibility has included strategic engagements to help grow/revive mature brands, streamline innovation, enter new categories/markets, improve marketing/sales effectiveness and assist in the M&A of new businesses. She has recently relocated back to BCG-Japan, based in Tokyo, having been based in BCG-NY for the last 20 years. She is a member of the CMO Council Advisory board in Asia Pacific and also the lead sponsor for one of the CMO Council’s upcoming publications titled: Driving the Bottom Line from the Front Line, a research report on building go to market capabilities. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School and recently named one of the industry's top 25 consultants in the America’s by Consulting Magazine.
