Miki Tsusaka is a Senior Partner and Managing Director and Chief Alumni Officer of The Boston Consulting Group. She is currently BCG's global leader for its Marketing and Sales Practice where best practices are cultivated across various go-to-market functions (e.g., marketing, sales, pricing and consumer insight). Her experience spans global consumer-based clients on issues of strategy and organization in various sectors including food and beverage, fashion/luxury, home and beauty/personal care and media. Her day to day client work, in addition to her practice responsibility has included strategic engagements to help grow/revive mature brands, streamline innovation, enter new categories/markets, improve marketing/sales effectiveness and assist in the M&A of new businesses. She has recently relocated back to BCG-Japan, based in Tokyo, having been based in BCG-NY for the last 20 years. She is a member of the CMO Council Advisory board in Asia Pacific and also the lead sponsor for one of the CMO Council’s upcoming publications titled: Driving the Bottom Line from the Front Line, a research report on building go to market capabilities. She is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School and recently named one of the industry's top 25 consultants in the America’s by Consulting Magazine.
