Fiona Lam is the Vice President of Global Mid-Market & Asia Pacific at Equinix, where she leads marketing initiatives for the region and the global mid-market segment. Her focus is on developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with annual business goals, driving segmented value propositions, enhancing brand awareness, generating demand, and fostering brand preference to boost revenue growth in Asia-Pacific and the global mid-market segment.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the technology sector, Ms. Lam joined Equinix in 2018 as the Senior Director of Marketing for Asia-Pacific, bringing a wealth of knowledge in multi-channel marketing strategy and brand communications.

Before joining Equinix, she was the Senior Director of Marketing for Asia Pacific & Japan at Brocade Communications, where she defined the marketing strategy and managed program implementation to increase sales in the region. Ms. Lam has also held senior roles at prominent tech companies including Riverbed Technology, Monster.com, and Juniper Networks.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Lam serves on the Advisory Committee for Graduate Employment at the City University of Hong Kong. She holds a B.S. in Management from the University of London and a master’s degree in Marketing from Napier University in Edinburgh. Currently, she is a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) candidate, majoring in A.I. in Marketing at the City University of Hong Kong.
