Lee-Anne Lawrence is a seasoned business strategist who thrives on delivering accelerated strategic change. She achieves this by developing both unique solutions that benefit stakeholders and new business areas that deliver bottom-line growth and brand differentiation. Throughout her illustrious career, Lee-Anne has been at the forefront of strategic, technical, and creative direction – pioneering innovation, delivering breakthrough products, and leading major strategic programmes, from an initial idea, through product strategy to market launch.   Lee-Anne is an outstanding motivator, with exceptional negotiation and organisation skills, combined with an unerring awareness of external and internal needs. Her hybrid expertise in the spheres of operations, marketing, and sales facilitate a high level of flexibility in managing cross-functionally, simultaneously leading and coordinating the best technical, marketing, sales and content teams to achieve above expectations.   The cornerstones of Lee-Anne's maverick, hands-on, 'get it done' management style is built on four key elements: relatability, command, communication and significance. She was promoted to Publisher from 2012 to 2016, receiving industry-wide acclaim as "a master at developing engaging and profitable brand extensions and client solutions" (Charlene Beukes, GM of Media24 Weekly Magazines). After being appointed as Head of Commercial for Huffington Post (South Africa), she joined Chinese multinational technology conglomerate, Tencent Holdings, as Head of Innovation Media (Africa) in 2018, before being promoted to Head of Operations, then  Head of Marketing and Sales  (Africa). Most recently she has joined the global strategic team of Oovvuu as Head of Sales for Africa and The Middle East.
