Niamh is an experienced CMO who has held senior leadership roles across multiple markets and diverse geographical regions in the Mobile Telecoms, Technology, Banking, and Fintech sectors. She has expertise in building and managing multicultural and multi-functional teams to deliver customer value through strategic commercial campaigns. Niamh has a proven track record in leading extensive marketing & digital experience functions within multi-national organizations. Niamh has strong followership; she ran Digital Banking, Customer Experience, and Marketing for Citi across 17 markets in Asia & EMEA, managing a team of over 500 people, and was a key driver in building a digital & customer-centric culture across the 17 markets for the region. Prior to that, Niamh delivered six successful commercial brand launches for Digicel, the number one mobile operator in the South Pacific region, over a five-year period. Niamh previously ran global media at Orange, a European mobile operator, and was responsible for managing corporate reputation and financial reporting. She has held senior marketing positions in Arthur D. Little, British Telecom, and the Accor group working in London, Brussels, and Paris. She holds a BA Honours degree in Business Studies, Economics, and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
