Daniel Chan currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer, Asia-Pacific for the L’Oreal Group.


He joined L’Oreal in 2014 as Chief Digital Officer, Asia-Pacific in L’Oreal’s Luxe division driving their digital transformation across Ecommerce, CRM & Digital Marketing. In 2017, he was appointed into his current role & joined the L’Oreal Asia-Pacific Management team. Together with L’Oreal’s 4 business units (a portfolio of 32 brands), he leads 3 main areas for the group: Consumer & Market Research, Media & Marketing and Digital.


Daniel has worked across a diverse number of companies from startups to management consulting, and industries from aviation to consumer goods to retail. He has spent most of his career working in international markets including the US, China, Japan, Korea, India, South East Asia & Australia.


Daniel is a Singapore national and a graduate of the University of Western Australia.
