Kirsty Traill is currently VP Client Advisory at Yexy. She was previously the Vice President of Customer at Hootsuite, the world’s most widely used social media relationship platform, where she was responsible for voice of the customer efforts, ensuring Hootsuite customer’s perspectives and needs are understood and surpassed across the customer journey. She uses customer insight to drive strategic initiatives and deliver a superior customer experience. In addition, Traill also leads the Customer Support organization at Hootsuite, where she is responsible for a global team that delights customers by delivering industry-leading first response times and customer satisfaction. Prior to her role at Hootsuite, she was the Chief Customer Advocate at Snapfish, a San Francisco-based online photo merchandising company. Traill has more than 14 years of international experience gained from roles in senior sales and marketing, operations and general management in the U.S., Canada, Japan and New Zealand, where she has a track record of effective leadership and business transformation. She holds bachelor degrees in both arts and commerce at the University of Auckland, where she won senior prizes in marketing and Japanese. She enjoys hiking, snowboarding and yoga in her spare time.
