Chief Customer Officer
Stephanie’s 15 years of customer strategy, marketing and operational experience from the aviation, retail and professional services industries helps her to lead the highly talented Qantas marketing team to develop brand and marketing strategies, and to execute multi-channel brand, member and partner experiences and communications. She is passionate in the belief that customers are the most powerful marketers and that the key to ongoing success is knowing and authentically engaging our customers as individuals. Stephanie has worked at the Qantas Group in a variety of roles since 2004. Stephanie was appointed to her current role as Chief Marketing Officer for Qantas Group in February 2015 after serving as the CMO for Qantas Loyalty since 2012. Previous Qantas Group roles include Head of Airline Loyalty and Head of Customer Experience Design. Prior to Qantas, Stephanie spent time working for David Jones, Ansett Australia and as a management consultant. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in 1996.
