BACK TO EVENTS

The marketing supply chain is ripe for innovation, and across the value chain, we are seeing engagement ingenuity powered by data-enriched creativity. As consumers crave personalization and relevance in every channel of engagement, new technologies and innovations are making creativity come to life in every channel across both print and digital. But with every new innovation, there is an awareness curve that must be scaled as marketing leaders identify news ways to consider tackling old engagement challenges.

This is the very purpose behind a powerful partnership forged between the CMO Council and APTech (the Association for Print Technologies): to gather innovation and inspiration from across both networks of peers to advance creativity and engagement. This year, the CMO Council and APTech will host an Elite Retreat at PRINT 18 in Chicago, focusing on unleashing creativity in the age of marketing performance measurement. As chief marketing officers advance customer experience strategies and assume the mantle of chief growth officer, the door has swung wide open for the entire organization to rethink where, how and when new engagements—powered by customer voice and intelligence and energized by new innovations and creativity—can be utilized.

This cross-industry gathering will bring together marketing leaders, engagement gurus, creative luminaries and print industry innovators to share thinking and showcase where and how new thinking, operational innovation and a fresh mindset about customer engagement channels can be reshaped to be more effective, efficient and engaging.

Some of the topics that will be covered include:

  • Forgotten channels and missed opportunities: Where and how does the average consumer expect to engage, and how can marketing leaders streamline the marketing supply chain to meet that expectation?
  • Agility acceleration: Marketers are eager to push the physical to move at the speed of digital, but new processes, technologies and mindsets must precede transformation
  • Variable value: Where and how are leading-edge brands taking small, yet profitable steps to personalization, regardless of channel?
  • Niche, novel and new: A look into what is shaping customer expectations and advancing innovation across the customer journey

The Elite Retreat is a by-invitation-only event. For more details about the session or to request your invitation, please email cchiang@cmocouncil.org.
