With 18 years of marketing and sales experience in B2B organizations and with extensive knowledge in brand building and marketing structures, Sergio Sabino is responsible for helping Mercer's marketing teams maximize their results in a growing and sustainable manner through strategies that integrate communication tools with the performance of its consultants, maximizing the company's ability to design exclusive and intelligent solutions to improve people's lives in health, wealth and career.

 

Sabino began his marketing career at Citibank Brazil, where he started as a trainee, and has also served as CMO for Brazil at BlackRock, one of the largest asset managers in the world, as well as CMO for Latin America at PageGroup, one of the largest recruitment firms worldwide. Most recently, he served as the Latin America General Manager at TMP Worldwide, a digital technology and marketing agency, where he led employer branding and engagement projects for the region.

 

Sabino holds a degree in marketing from Mackenzie University, an MBA in business management from Business School São Paulo and a specialization in CRM from ESPM.
