With over 14 years of rich experience in the advertising and marketing space, Anselm is a seasoned industry professional known for his keen understanding of technology and his innovative approach. A self-professed student of customer psychology, Anselm’s insights in relation to the reception and interpretation of messaging, his acute grasp of the tenets of building perception, his ability to apply and build business best practices and sensitivity to customer needs allows him to bring to the table innovative solutions and an insider’s feel to targeted communications. Anselm’s experience spans marketing, corporate communications, advertising, brand management and investor relations in sectors as diverse as Insurance, Financial Services, Media, Entertainment and IT. Anselm currently leads the marketing function at Continental with a keen focus on strategic branding and communication. He has also been tasked with the enhancement and management of the organization’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) initiative aimed at gearing the organization toward delivering a superior client experience. Prior to Continental he was the Asst. Vice President Corporate Brand development with Zee Telefilms Ltd. Anselm has also worked in management positions at Tata AIG Life Insurance and the Hinduja Group in the past. Anselm’s work has been recognized through awards won at the Pan Arab Web Awards and from the ABCI (Association of Business Communicators India) in 2009 and 2004 respectively.
