Soumitra Sen is the Co-Founder of Intin, a Business Intelligence & Solutions Platform that combines the expertise of seasoned marketers and cutting-edge tech to improve MROI and enable growth. Prior to immersing himself in the Start-up world and Digital Transformation, he has clocked over 25 years in Profit Centre Head and Marketing Leadership roles, including innovation management, market research and consultancy. His journey has taken him from India, across Middle East & Africa, to the Asia Pacific – where he has held a number of international marketing leadership positions based in Singapore since 2002. His rich marketing experience stems from stewarding top global brands in blue chip companies – The Gillette Company, P&G, Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare across a variety of product categories e.g., Tide and Ariel laundry detergent, Duracell batteries, Downy fabric conditioner, Braun appliances, Walls ice cream, Febreze air fresheners, and Panadol OTC products. He has first-hand experience of working with local teams across Asia Pacific markets, and collaborating with global teams to create bespoke strategies for sustained growth in the region. He has been recognised for marketing excellence at the highest level in The Gillette Company and Procter & Gamble – for leveraging knowledge, and creating sustained business growth and value reframing respectively. His current passion is bringing technology enablers into everyday marketing, to improve MROI across the board.
