Gaurav Gupta joined Kimberly-Clark as Marketing Director, ASEAN in early 2014. In this role he is responsible for developing and implementing innovation strategy & driving go to market excellence. He is also responsible for developing marketing talent and capability and driving digital transformation. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Gaurav was with Procter & Gamble. Gaurav has more than 11 years’ experience in Consumer Goods Marketing across South & South East Asia working across many billion dollar brands in the Beauty & Personal Care Categories in both Regional as well as Local capacity. In his roles as marketing leader, Gaurav has been responsible for delivering top line and bottom line, upstream innovation development, white space entries and go to market execution. Gaurav is passionate about developing marketing talent & capability and driving digital transformation in large organizations and has been spearheading these in his organizations. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Delhi.
