OVERVIEW

The customer journey has no boundaries. It flows between channels, devices and departments. How is your organization dealing with providing a seamless customer experience across your entire company? Are your sales and marketing teams forging strong, collaborative alliances that enable them to work with the customer in harmony, or are old tensions derailing the best-laid strategies? Do your marketing and commerce teams have the same vision of what the customer experience is?

Join the CMO Council, SAP Hybris and Selling Power for a dynamic executive summit focused on the advancement and optimization of the customer experience. We will be gathering senior executives across sales, commerce and marketing to discuss where and how leading brands are shifting strategies, cultures and infrastructures to better meet the needs of a connected, discerning and increasingly demanding customer.

This is an exclusive, by invitation only event for marketing, commerce and sales decision makers. The gathering will include executive leaders with titles of Vice President and above who are grappling with issues around customer engagement, experience, revenue acceleration and digital transformation. If you are interested in joining this gathering, please contact us as space is filling quickly.

If you are interested in attending or would like more information, please reach out to Twinee Villanueva at: tvillanueva@cmocouncil.org
