Mr.Gerald Porcario has a Political Science diploma from IEP Aix-en-Provence (Sc. Po Aix, 1992) and a Masters Degree in business administration from EM Lyon (Ecole de Management of Lyon, 1994). Mr. Porcario started his career with Exxon-Mobil in 1996 in retail operations. He joined Volkswagen group in 1999 as Network development manager for two of its brands in France (Seat and Skoda) and ensured extensive dealer coverage and implementation of international brand standards across the country. He joined Renault Group in 2001 and occupied various positions in network management in the South of France, international brand management (product launches in the upper-range segment), brand management - future projects - in the luxury segment before being being appointed in India in the Mahindra-Renault’s joint venture (Mahindra&Mahindra of India and Renault of France) in 2007 as General Manager Marketing and VP, Sales & Marketing for Renault India beginning in 2010. Mr. Porcario was appointed as Marketing Director for Renault & Dacia brands in Morocco in July 2010. In 2015, he took on his current global role with Renault Group as Global Sales & Marketing Director for Parts & Accessories, based in France.

Since 2017, he is VP S&M for Renault in Colombia.
