Christoph Lodde is the CMO for neckermann.com, a leading E-Commerce retailer in the Dutch and German markets with 700+ employees. He is also Senior Manager (pre-Partner stage) for SMP Srategy Consulting, where he earned the fastest promotion out of all employees to a senior management position. His responsibilities include the acquisition, planning and execution of strategic projects covering growth, innovation and business development. He has led both internal and client-side teams of up to 70 people and has a proven track record of aligning diverse individuals with company goals. In his first full year at neckermann.com, a top 5 Dutch/Belgium internet retailer, he achieved a 25% online sales uplift. He has overseen the build up of innovative online sales channels and the development of new revenue streams from third party business and is responsible for Neckermann's organizational and processual turnaround enabling flexible, market-driven campaigns.
