Vice President & General Manager, Services and Solutions APJ
As Vice President and General Manager for Marketing, Dennis Mark is responsible for leading PSG's strategic branding and marketing efforts in Asia Pacific and Japan. This includes brand management, integrated marketing programmes and communications, executive communications, research and planning, sub-segment marketing as well as revitalising consumer touch points. Dennis also serves in the global marketing council in setting worldwide marketing directions and spearheaded several key global and regional marketing initiatives. Based in Singapore, Dennis is a HP veteran with over 18 years experience and a reputation for achieving record bottom-line impact through meaningful and innovative programs. Through various portfolios, Dennis has transformed brand perception and brought regional consumers closer to HP's brand and products. In his most recent role, Dennis headed up the Desktop Systems Unit (DSU), where he led the team to achieve record market share and revenue growth for all DSU categories. He incubated start-up business revenue streams and new business models to expand and reinforce market influence and leadership. Prior to that, Dennis served as Vice President for Marketing, SMB and Customer Experience for the region. Amongst the various key management positions Dennis held earlier, he played an instrumental role in the HP-Compaq merger integration leadership, in accelerating growth for Singapore as its General Manager, and in pioneering the start up of PSG China operations as the Director of China marketing center. Dennis holds an Engineering degree (Honors) from the National University of Singapore. He was also awarded the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore Gold award.
