Eric B. Luftig serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Victaulic, the global leader in mechanical pipe-joining and fluid management system solutions for the commercial and industrial construction markets based in Easton, PA. In this capacity, Eric reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading an international team of more than 130 employees that develop and deliver customer-centric solutions across a variety of departments including Virtual Design & Construction Services, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Research, and Training. 
 
In addition to executing on the company’s growth initiatives, Eric’s leadership has been recognized by various organizations including: multiple Brandon Hall Awards and an IES Award for sales and customer training efforts, several “best of show” awards for tradeshow booth displays at various global events, Web Marketing Association’s WebAward Award and PR News Digital Award for Victaulic’s corporate intranet, several AVA Digital Awards for various video and digital solutions, and AMCP MarCom Award for branding.
 
Prior to his nine years at Victaulic, Eric spent 15 years in operations and commercial management roles, working for Nordson Corporation and General Electric across various domestic and international assignments.  These experiences helped shape the global mindset he brings to work every day.  Eric also achieved both Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications while at GE.
 
Eric is a member of several industry associations, including the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE), and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).  He also has been an active member of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI) for the past ten years.
 
Eric is a committed member of the Lehigh Valley community, volunteering his time and leadership to support various not-for-profit community organizations. He is presently serves as a Director on the boards the Valley Youth House, the State Theatre of Easton, Northampton Community College, and the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation.  In addition Eric helped develop the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Business Pitch Competition and serves as a judge for this annual event.  He also supports a variety of STEM related youth programs as a means of developing the next generation of technical leaders.
 
Eric earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He and his wife Tina have two children and reside in Saucon Valley, PA. In his spare time, Eric enjoys traveling with his family, has a passion for music and sports, and is committed to helping those in need in the local community.
