Since 2014, Markus Rach has served as Head of Marketing for Europe and Africa at Trina Solar. Before joining Trina Solar, he held multiple leading positions in the oil and gas industry, was a strategic consultant and founded two start-ups. He is now fully dedicated to leading value-driven digital transformation in the B2B sector, with a passion for strategic performance management and predictive analytics. In following his vision to "make B2B marketing sound cool," Rach is striving toward the publication of his first book while simultaneously working on a causal model to prove the existence of absolute marketing return on investment as part of his PhD, thereby disproving John Wannamaker`s famous quote: “Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is, I don't know which half.”
