At Stanley Black & Decker, he has developed a diversified background by holding multiple leadership roles in sales, marketing and product development. He currently leads a team of over 100+ people including sales, marketing, training, customer service, demand planning and segment development to deliver profitable growth and drive prioritization across the organization.
Before becoming the Global VP, Prendeville led both the product marketing and engineering teams that developed the DEWALT 40V outdoor power equipment range, and the eCommerce sales team, which is one of the fastest-growing divisions in Stanley Black & Decker. In 2017, he re-built the Amazon sales team, has secured and developed a new office space in Seattle, and has launched an Amazon global strategy to drive growth globally. Using innovation, customer insight and a focus on speed, the team launched the first cordless product to truly change the industry. His unwavering commitment to finding a path, facing challenges head on and inspiring the team is why this launch was successful.
He is married to his wife, Lauren, and they have two children. He enjoys spending time with his family at the pool, visiting family at the Jersey shore, and doing activities with his wife and kids around the house. His newest challenge is on the golf course, and he has spent the last three years harnessing his love of sport and competition.
